  • East African Online Transport Agency Ltd (EAOTA)operates a system created to link cargo owners (and their agents) to transportation services provided by transporters (and their agents/subcontractors). The primary service of EAOTA is linkage with the aim of providing:-
    • 1. Access - Linkage to Transport ( for cargo owners/ cargo agents) and Linkage to Cargo ( for transporters/transport agents).
    2. Convenience - Online search instead of numerous phone calls or door to door searches.
    3. Just in Time - Access to Transport ( where required, when required) and Access to Cargo ( for maximum capacity utilization).
  • EAOTA at no time takes on the rights, roles, responsibilities or liabilities of either Cargo Owner (and its agents) or Transporter ( and its agents) .
  • While the services may be modified for your convenience, EAOTA remains a facilitator and therefore users must continue to take all reasonable precautions when engaging services accessed through or in any relation to EAOTA.
  • Additional terms and conditions are provided specific to transactions. By proceeding with any transaction, you confirm your agreement to be bound by the terms herein as well as the specific transaction's terms and conditions. These are provided on job cards generated based on the transaction selected. Each transaction is independent from any previous, current or future transaction. Ensure you receive and review your job card for any and all transactions undertaken through the EAOTA system and the company (or its licensees).
  • The services and all rights therein are and shall remain EAOTA’s property. Neither this agreement nor your use of the services convey or grant to you any rights (i) in or related to the services except for the limited use granted as per the terms of this agreement (ii) to use or reference in any manner EAOTA’s company names, logos, trademarks or services marks or those of EAOTA’s licensees.
